-Responsible for a wide range of IT infrastructure(on-site and cloud-based) supporting a 24/7 operation.
-Administrate a wide range of IT services - servers, SCADA, clients, networking - wired and wireless, operating systems - both clustered
Windows and Linux.
-Maintenance and support of hardware, software, cluster servers, databases, networking, and supporting systems.
-Maintaining a 24/7 IT service for the baggage handling system in KAI Airports, IT monitoring proactively resolving issues before any
service is impacted.
-Managing backups of IT systems Ensuring IT security through AV, endpoint, and 􀃘rewall.

-Manage all the internal IT services and servers.
-Manage the DevOps team's services, including the TFS server.
-Administrate cloud solutions including MS Azure and O365.
-Manage the Development team's services including Production and Pre-Production environments.
-Support services for Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
-Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
-Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
-Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
-Ensure all issues are properly logged.
-Prepare accurate and timely reports.
-Ensuring all faults are progressed & cleared within SLA.
-Maintain and develop knowledge and skills to assist with first-time fault resolution.
-Manage a number of scheduled tasks for customers.

-Administrate, configure, install and maintain, Networks monitoring and performing on-going maintenance on Servers.
-Providing L2 support to end-user, as well as responding to the server and network issues.
-Collaborating with software and System admins teams on cybersecurity and network efficiency.
-Supervising all 􀃘eld projects and coordinating with services providers to ensure the smooth flow of data across the network and branches.
-Running hardware diagnostics and replacing failing parts in a timely manner, Documenting processes and keeping event logs.
