The company's areas of operation include the refining of crude oil and condensate, supply of petroleum products and production of granulated Sulphur in compliance with domestic and international specifications. My responsibility was to coordinate the implement competency based training programmes for refinery Operators/Engineers of different job categories. I was reporting to CBT Section Head. My main achievement was Developed implementation tables and training materials for CBT to be more effective. The reason for transferring was because of family reasons and found rotation 4x4 week in ZADCO more convenient for my case.
