Design, develop and support Business Intelligence reports and dashboards to meet business requirements using the data sources from Oracle ERP, Health Information System and other systems. Analyze, develop and test the technical solutions utilizing BI tools. Perform detailed analysis of source system data and model that data in Qliksense. Extracting, transforming and loading data from multiple sources into Qliksense tool. Work directly with business units head to capture the business requirements and the ability to utilize scripting language to meet these requirements. Insure that the Qliksense server process continues to run and operate in the most efficient manner. Provide technical support on all Supportive Enterprise Applications. Provide end user training on all Supportive Enterprise Applications.
Design and build data base tables for each templates in the Electronic Archiving System (LaserFiche). Design and develop templates and data fields using the LaserFiche Administration Console, to add metadata for each file archived in LaserFiche. Design and develop Workflow using the LaserFiche Workflow Designer, to store and update all archived files metadata to their corresponding database tables. Design and develop Workflow using the LaserFiche Workflow Designer, to get the metadata from the database tables and assign them to their corresponding file template using unique field.
Administration of all users and files in the Electronic Archiving System (LaserFiche), giving users’ privileges, and access to the files authorized to them. Support all archiving issues.
Utilizing Business Intelligent Solutions to provide Company’s Departments with Relevant, Accurate and on Time internal (Company Related) and external (Market Related) Information via a secured channel of Communication, which guarantee the proper flow of information to different departments supporting them reaching the Corporate Goals and Objectives; using Microstrategy and Oracle business Intelligence software.
• Monitor the metro station and manage the metro movements from and to the station.
• Contact with the government forces in case of emergency situations or needs of support to regulate the crowed.
• Supervise Waiting Area Supervisors and update them with newest reports and feedback.
• Supervise group of waiting area agents and organize them at the waiting area to facilitate pilgrims flow.
• Update the metro station manager with the flow of the pilgrims and station safety equipment, gates, rams, stairs, elevators, and station cleanliness.
• Submit daily reports to the Access Control Supervisor about agents and the waiting area condition.
• Created controls using Excel formulas to capture errors in the daily reports to identify the near misses.
• Worked with technology team in modifying & maintaining the web pages.
• Support Systems Manager with audits and, queried Oracle Database to produce reports.
