• Assisting with the administration of construction contracts, including variations and claims.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to project costs and quantities.
• Collaborating with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication regarding cost-related matters.
• Identifying and assessing potential risks related to project costs and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Conducting site visits to gather information and assess progress for accurate cost reporting.
