Director.

concrete and embedded works.

ensure that cost related matters are on track.

consisting of 115 Villas with 39, 097 m2 total area and five different
designs.

❖ Prepared and reviewed the project Master schedule along with
cost and resource loading.
❖ Worked on the preparing the project S- Curve.
❖ Involved in the procurement of the project materials with the
respective department.

❖ Prepared variation orders and change requests to get the Client’s
approval.
❖ Hired a project team of Engineers and technical personnel.
❖ Lead high level meetings with the Consultant, Client and the
Owner.
❖ Drafted RFIs and letters related to the project materials, funding
and extension of time (EOT).
❖ Managed a project of US Life Cycle Management
Centre with Royal Saudi Air Forces (RSAF). Retained by United
States Air Force (USAF) to provide construction leadership in Saudi
Arabia for $60M Government contract of 50, 000 Square foot
facility.
❖ Providing United States Air Force (USAF) representation on-site in
front of contractor and consultant.
❖ Implemented OSHA construction safety standards on-site and
maintained healthy and safe environment at work.
❖ Organized OSH trainings for the staff members to educate them
about the hazards at construction sites.
❖ Attend daily stand-up and weekly progress meetings with all
stakeholders.
❖ Providing weekly status report to the client (USAF/RSAF).
Review and approve Contractor Data Requirements List (CDRLs) on
a monthly basis incl. Program management reports, Daily site
activities schedule, site security plan, mobilization/ de-mobilization
plan and field test reports etc.
❖ Provided my expertise to the program in the preparation of
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
❖ Performed executive level military status briefings on the day to
day progress of high-profile construction effort.
❖ Prepared progress measurement sheet to show planned vs actual
progress to the client.
❖ Written Statement of Objectives (SOO) Outside Plant (OSP) Fiber

Facility (SCF) and drafted high-level schematics using MS Visio 2019
