 Generate and Implement the Quality Assurance Management System (QAMS)/Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for the Project.
 Develop method statement for the activities including job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project, coordinating with construction Managers.
 Review the credential of Manufacturers for the VC, DI, HDPE, RC Pipe, Manhole covers, Step Irons and other major materials and equipment as per BS or BS EN Standards to obtain the client approval and arrange factory inspection for the shipment clearance
 Prepare QAP and arrange factory inspections with client and third-party inspecting agencies for the major M&E equipment, pipes and other project specific materials.
 Responsible and maintain quality records, supervise the processing of data and prepare test and inspection reports related to Quality Assurance as per the Project requirement.
 Review submittal logs and schedules, monitor the status, request corrective actions where deviations are taken place from planned dates, to avoid and prevent delays in production due to lack of information and approvals, and releasing quality certification.
 Conduct Management Review Meeting with Project manager and other Project staffs to analyze the Project Quality Index, Product Quality Ratings, Progress Review, Good and Bad Practices, Pending NCRs and Corrective Actions.
 Frequency tests as per the project specifications
 Organize and check the tests for source approval of materials (Cement, reinforcement, aggregates, soil, sand, admixtures, ABC...Etc.) and schedule
 Prepare correspondences related to quality to obtain the approvals and client responses.
 Attend the inspection at the testing laboratories for material testing and at the Precast yards for Precast Products (RC pipes, Beams, Manholes, Piles, etc.)
 Prepare mix design, organize plant trials, and obtain approvals for various concrete grades (G15, G20, G25, G30, G35A & G50)
 Site inspections with consultant for each work activities based on the approved method statements and ITP, CLs to ensure the product quality.
 Organize training programs for site staffs and sub-contractors.
 Perform internal and site surveillance quality auditing and ensure PQR above 95%
 Install the onsite laboratory for field testing works and carried out the testing works (Cube Compressive Strength, Proctor, FDT, L&M, Exfiltration, Infiltration and Hydro Static Pressure Test)
 Prepare QAP and Inspect welding works of pipeline and arrange third party inspections for dye penetration and radiographic tests.
 Attending progress meeting with client and consultants and ensure overall quality of the project while minimizing the repeat work
 Checking NCRs and NCPNs and propose corrective measures and closing out
