a) Piping Design for onshore & offshore facilities in Energy sector including Power Generation, Fertilizers Units, Industrial Gases, Oil & Gas Treatment Units, Chemical Injection Skids for Pipelines & Refinery IWTP. I have worked as piping engineer to deliver basic piping calculations per ASME B31.3 & B31.1, Critical Line Lists and Stress Analysis using CAESAR II / AUTO PIPE, Project Piping Specifications, Piping Classes, 3D Modeling using Auto Plant 3D, Piping Layouts & details, Pipe Isometrics, Pipe Supports, Pipe Hangers Data sheets and Piping Loading/Displacement Reports, etc. In addition, estimate man-hours and support the commercial managers for engineering proposals. Designed high temperature (590 OC), high pressure (110 barg), sour, and specialized process services.
b) Worked in field for power project execution (Fabrication, Welding, and Installation) & field engineering (pre commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance).
c) Designed vessels per ASME Section VIII using PV Elite / Compress.
d) Process Design of Knock out Drums, Two Phase Separators, Three Phase Separators using ASPEN HYSYS and CHEMCAD.
e) Skid engineering for oil & gas treatment systems, chemical injection for pipelines, fuel oil loading & unloading, etc.
