 To compile and submit daily accomplishment report to client on the basis of daily construction progress given by site engineer/supervisor.
 To arrange temporary site access for visitors and new employees.
 To arrange site accommodation for new employees.
 To get employee’s permanent ID card usually mandatory for all site works.
 To check and verify monthly tenant invoice for site accommodation.
 To split monthly tenant invoice into project break down before to submit head office.
 To supervise time keeping.
 To prepared and submit monthly time sheets on the basis of time keeping for both own and rental employees working at site.
 To collect and submit documents with client i.e. transmittal forms, constructions drawings, monthly invoice and many types of letters etc.
 To disburse cash for daily site expenses i.e. purchase of water, ice, tea, coffee, sugar etc. with fuel expense for generator and vehicles.
 To communicate with staff and management related to all site issues and have a corresponding with subcontractors as well for their workers issues i.e. site induction, time sheets etc.
