•Ability for the construction of process equipment like, pressure, clad and jacketed vessels, heat exchangers, vacuum chambers, furnace and storage tanks as per ASME III Div.1 and 2 class NB, ND, NC and UCS, UNF and UNA. (With related appendices and special requirements), TEMA, API 620 & 650, AWS, ASTM, Chinese and French Standards.
•Ability of the construction and welding of piping network, overhead cranes, welding positioners and steel structures.
•Ability for the installation of machines, equipments, and EOHT cranes etc.
AS I/C M/c SHOP FOLLOWING ASSIGNMENTS WERE COMPLETED.
1) Prepared layout of M/c Shop.
2) Installed machines.
3) Purchase of machines, consumables, cutting and measuring tools.
4)Management of M /c Shop.
Managed a brass mill comprising foundry, hot and and cold rolling, extrusion, drawing of brass copper rods, pipes, bars wires and capping of components.
