▪ Leading an IT team of 10 resources, reporting to the Support Shared Service Director, for complete management of IT ensuring efficient, stable, reliable, and secure business operations.
▪ Providing oversight to the complete Infrastructures, involving Computing Hardware (Servers/Storages), Network (LAN/WAN), Internet, Intranet, ERP, System Security including refresh plan and functions.

Leading an Infrastructure management team of 5 resources, reporting to the MIS Manager, for complete management of IT
Infrastructure, ensuring efficient, stable, reliable, and secure business operations.
▪ Providing oversight to the complete Infrastructures, involving Computing Hardware (Servers/Storages), Network (LAN/WAN),
Internet, Intranet, System Security, etc., including refresh plan and functions.
▪ Supporting design, architecture, and capacity planning of the systems as well as the operation management, Application support
and problem solving.
▪ Guiding the team & enforcing IT standards, procedures, and best techniques for high availability of the infrastructure, ensuring
continuity of information services to the group.

▪ Along with IT Head, since the joining of this engagement, performing System Administration for the group, including servers, OS,
applications (ERP/CRM), SCCM, SCOM, Hyper-V, SQL, TAS, Teammate Administration etc.
▪ In the role of System Administrator, managed Data Centre Administration (including devices, security, etc.) as well as IT
Store/Inventory, requesting procurement, for non-availability of computing devices or spares.
▪ Performed analysis of user issues to trouble shoot the same, till resolution, while provided
▪ Initiated the international engagement, reporting to the MIS Manager, as individual contributor and as team player (for projects) to support end-users, through telephone calls/Email and resolve their daily issues.
▪ Provided support around 250 users through Active Directory, while tracked internet resources, used by the end-users, through TMG
▪ Analyzed the issues on Cisco Routers & resolved the same, at the same time configured various Firewalls (Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto, Cyberoam etc.), used at different sites.
▪ Monitored the working of LAN/WAN & WIFI Network as well as created VLANS for all segments of the Organization, to assign user to their respective VLAN, using Juniper Switches.
▪ Installed Windows, Software, Printers, Scanners, etc. and managed the users through AD to assign the policies, based on their needs.
▪ Engaged, further, in multiple other tasks like support of the servers, configuration & management of Network Printers, coordination with Site IT Staff, etc.
▪ Received requisitions, updated all the record of Requisitions/LPO/Licenses etc., along with negotiated with supplier to procure requisitioned item.
▪ Collaborated with different service centers, to identify & resolve issues on hardware like Printer, Scanner, Hard Drive, Laptop, PC etc.
