Daily progress report to the client & and higher management.
Analysis and preparation of materials quantity,
Preparing ITPs and inspection checklists for civil, structural & and
architectural activities.
Preparing method statements for civil, structural, and architectural activities.
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are
followed correctly on site.
Submissions of WIR & MIR for civil, structural, and architectural activities
& and materials as per approved ITP.
Submissions of WIR & MIR for civil, structural and architectural activities
& and materials as per approved ITP.
Weekly updating logs(WIR/MIR log, MST log).
Issuing of internal NCR for non-conformance to project specifications or
drawings.
Inspecting materials and executing the work of sub-contractors.
Witnessing different quality tests at the site.
Issuing internal NCR to the sub-contractors team.
Closing of NCR received from the PMC.
Issuing internal site observation reports to the sub-contractors team.
Preparing Daily Quality Report (DQR).
Lead the Construction team to complete the Project in the stipulated
short time period, as the Project was in the Completion phase.
Daily meetings with the Siemens Construction Manager related to
Progress, Engineering and design queries, and materials availability.
Supervised concrete pouring and checking the concrete Quality from the
supplier.
Distribute the work and solve their problems.
Supervision of steel reinforcement work at the site.
