 On site Supervision of HVAC workof university buildings.
 Overseeing and Inspection of the HVAC systems and specifying maintenance and operating procedures.
 Ensure all arrangements regarding safety rules and regulations pertaining to the work on site and that all individuals on site are complying with the rules and regulations.
 Checking the completion certificates, handover documents from the subcontractors and submitting to higher personals.
 Ensuring that the design and maintenance of HVAC systems meets legislative and health and safety requirements.
 Arrange for necessary inspections and liaises with consultant and subcontractors for access, clearance and proper co-ordination of hook up requirements.
 Attending a range of project group and technical meetings.
 Monitoring quality of work for conformance to contract documents, including specification and drawing.
 Involvement in co-coordinating with Consultant Engineers about the construction drawings and preparation of RFI.
 Planning the daily work Process as per superior's advice and project needs.
 Reporting day to day activities to the higher personals and to achieve monthly job targets.
 Performs other related duties as needed upon request by the manager.

Position: Project Engineer
Responsibilities: ✓ Supervises the activities of the Construction works.
✓ Make necessary arrangements for the construction works by co-ordinating with the consultants /clients for issuing of site permits.
✓ Attend project meetings to collect and disseminate information pertaining to projects.
✓ Receives various documents for the projects, reviews drawings, bills of quantities, and get approval from Consultant Engineer.
✓ Advise the Mechanical Technicians of any technical aspects of the mechanical services that may affect construction progress, e.g. quality or snagging.
✓ Ensure that proper filing/logging of the MEP documentation is undertaken.
✓ Monitor and promote health and safety on the site.
✓ Handle multiple projects; prepare Heat load calculation to determine the tonnage and machine to be suggested for new projects to be undertaken.
✓ Prepare quotations utilizing supplier information, cost standards, technical information from quality, manufacturing engineering, design.
✓ Create BOQ for material, detailed instructions for manufacturing process of new part, specification for packaging, external supplier specification to provide standard cost structure and instructions for manufacturing
✓ Preparation of monthly reports for projects.
