➢ Support the project team(s) in their relationships with clients,
PMT/PMC, vendors, subcontractors, partners
➢ Prepare engineering control documents including Process deliverables
lists, man-hours estimates, change order estimates, project programs,
coordination and reviews.
➢ Maintain and monitor adherence to these control documents. Forecast
trends, anticipating and documenting problems which may lead to
difficulties in meeting cost or schedule milestones.
➢ Implement, monitor and maintain productivity targets for assigned
team(s), including overtime, budgeted man-hours and management of
scope changes associated with Process engineering and design.
➢ Conduct technical quality audits on various jobs.
➢ Coordinates assets’ OPEX & CAPEX optimization initiatives.
➢ Prepares technical reports, planning manuals, status as well as progress
reports
➢ Review business procedures and initiate improvement process.
➢ Prepares business operational plan for exploration, development and
producing assets.
Ensuring achievement of the production targets.
➢ Supervise Production Operations.
➢ Leading the production team in the forecasting, planning and delivering
of product volumes.
➢ Operating the oil and Lubrication fields in a profitable and optimal
manner.
➢ Managing the commissioning and startup of new projects and plant
modifications to ensure compliance with standards, specs and contract
terms and conditions.
➢ Ensuring proper implementation of approved reservoir management and
monitoring programs.
➢ Directing the planning and execution of maintenance & major
shutdowns and approving plans,
➢ Supervising the Quality of Lube Oil Products,
➢ Responsible for daily production activity. Supervising blending,
production and packaging of, on average, 1000, 000 liters of
automotive and industrial grade lubricants on monthly basis.
➢ Bringing my experience in production to use, drawing up production
schedule, estimating costs, responsible to maintain product quality,
supervise packaging, assembling and timely delivery while achieving
cost effective and quality production.
➢ Document work procedures and encourage safe work practices
➢ Responsible for selection and maintenance of equipment.
➢ Training supervisors on production machinery and
monitoring theirprogress.
➢ Utilizing my experience in procurement to liaise with
suppliers, manufacturers to arrange all the raw materials for
production including but not limited to packaging material,
labels, base oils, additives, dyes, greases, brake fluids etc.
➢ Liaising with suppliers to procure production related
machineryincluding small pack filling lines, drum filling lines,
carton sealer machine, carton strapping machine, shrink
wrapping machine etc.
➢ Involved in the sales and marketing of Virgin base oil.
➢ Following up on payments from clients. Generating sales
invoices for reference accordingly.
To keep unit running smoothly by operating one area of the unit from site/
control room
➢ To monitor the unit running condition by site patrol or DCS
➢ To operate the plant by following SOPs to make on-spec product
➢ To initiate the SOP updating in his/her area
➢ To share learning with operation team and other department
➢ To participate punch listing of projects
➢ To monitor site facility status and report defects
➢ To report incident
➢ To keep the unit in good shape and high reliability by a series PPO/TPM
activities
➢ To keep the unit in a tidy by clean manner by performing necessary
housekeeping activities
➢ To monitor process and equipment running condition on daily base and
trouble shoot timely to maintain reliability
➢ To perform PPO (predictive & and preventive operation) and TPM activities
per requirement
➢ To monitor site maintenance and project activities to make sure they are
executed safely
➢ To inspect site safety/ housekeeping status when site maintenance/ project
work are closed, per requirement of EA;
➢ To act as isolation authority to perform isolation related activities, to
make sure energy is safely isolated;
