The key role of my position is
•To execute & Sustain Nestle Continuous Excellence in Factories, Milk Collection Zones, Physical & Factory logistics, Demand& Supply planning, Customer Services and Corporate Procurement and to align the Pakistan Market with 12 markets of Zone AOA.
•Strengthening Leadership development, Making Operational master plan of Market, Supply Chain, Technical and Procurement.
•Ensure mini Operational Master Plans of each division & ensure KPIs Cascading, proper Reviews at all Levels,
•Strengthening Problem Solvings & 6 Sigma Projects Capabilities.
•Making new Strategies for sustaining Continuous Excellence in Market & alignment of Market with Zone AOA.
•Leading, Training, Coaching and Assessment of Market team of 7000 people on Nestle Continuous Excellence.
•Ensure alignment of Business with the operations & ensure key drivers and KPIs impacting with business priorities & consumer insight
Worked two years as manufacturing Specialist of Ambient Dairy and Beverages in Nestle Sheikupura Factory since July 2011 till Jan 2013. Mainly Responsible for!
•To act as a role model for best practice including GMP, putting the customer first, people management and promoting responsibility for H&S on site and in line with company procedures. Thus promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
•Designing & Executing different Monitoring Tools to measure Plant Efficiencies and Human Performance.
•To ensure that production output is achieved to plan.
•Upgradation of Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Standards at Plant level

•Lead implementation of NQMS and SHE objectives and procedures.
•Achieve full compliance to food safety management systems, consumer complaints& first time quality. Strengthening Operational Reviews & Problem Solving tools (Go see think do & DMAIC) for value added& sustainable solutions in operations.
•Team Leader of Factory Food Safety Management Team and responsible for implementation of Quality Pyramid across the all Plants including Nestle Water and Chilled Dairy .
•Managed all plant and production related activities, oversaw implementation and compliance of all activities undertaken to Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality Monitoring Schemes and SHE norms.
•Reviewed, analyzed periodic production reports, initiated corrective projects on quality improvement Projects.
