Using my previous experience in multiple fields, I started as a sales associate. Within the first 3 months I excelled to the number 1 sales associate spot in the whole of the region for 2 consecutive months. During my probation I was handed extra managerial responsibilities such as tracking performance of other members of staff and was awarded the key handler of the store. Key responsibilities included ensuring the achievement of the store targets on a monthly basis with a team of sales associates. Tasked with the handling of store administration, logistics, maintenance, client service and compliance with industry regulations.
Using local knowledge when marketing properties to potential tenants and then negotiating with them on
behalf of client. Making sure all properties meet legal and health and safety requirements, i.e. gas safety
certificates. Meeting and greeting clients visiting the office, pointing out properties best features and
answering their questions, key duties also involved writing up tenancy agreement contracts, renewing
contracts, general office administration duties: photocopying, filing etc.
Key responsibilities included ensuring the achievement of the store targets on a weekly basis with a team of
sales advisors. Tasked with the handling of store administration, logistics, maintenance, client service and
compliance with industry regulations. There was a tendency to consistently exceed the store targets, having
been in top three stores across the area with several rewards and recognitions to highlight particular
achievements.
Retail clients were advised on the appropriate products for their needs. This consisted of arranging new
mobile phone contracts, and after sales care where required. Self-development was under taken and proven
by delivering exceptional customer service whilst balancing sales targets.
