As a team Leader Managing overall operations of the company including imports and exports of material (Main Warehouse as well as site stores of 9~13 projects within the Qatar), maintenance of stores inventories as per coordination of stores and Projects’ management to avoid any inconvenience at site and main store as well. Planning of Material and manpower for new projects and jobs allocations. Handling QAR 80 million of inventory including (spares and chemicals, and general consumables) Where major part of this stock is imported from different countries. Saving thousands of QAR with coordination of sites & with maximizing the utilization of resources (Tools, Consumables, equipment and Plants). Managing Sales of Millions of QAR within Qatar of Material imported from China (Manufacturing business of Ammico). Demonstration of store inventories and plans in weekly meetings with CEO and higher Management. Successfully Implementation of Barcoding systems to control inventory.
Managing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of goods from the warehouse. Maximising space usage within the warehouse. Working with supervisors to improve staff performance. Setting aside storage areas for new stock. Complying with all Health, Safety and Environmental standards. Keep unauthorised persons out of the warehouse. Developing and implementing SOPs for the warehouse. Facilitating effective communication within the team and across the sites. Investigating any inventory losses. Operating automated warehouse storage and retrieval systems (Epromis ERP system). Being on call for any emergencies. Planning future warehouse capacity requirements. Ensuring products are stocked correctly and safely.

Coordinating with all Project sites Domestic construction & Services business area of Pakistan for maximum utilization resources. Preparing corporate reports of inventories of total business area and sharing with Head Supply Chain for proper decision making on corporate level. Active Part of Proposal and bidding of new projects regarding Material and fixed assets. Reducing the gap of Inter-Projects regarding material and other resources. Preparation of Aging Report of spare parts of projects to avoid extra purchase. Part of internal and external Audit team. Preparation of Monthly Disposes Material as Scrap.

Saved Rs.12 Millions of Fresh purchase with Coordination and collection of material from other site. Preparation Pre-Shutdown activities, Proper Receiving material from other project for smooth working during shutdown period. Proper record maintaining of inwards and out wads. Daily Checking of Inventory Balances to avoid any emergent situation. Well Asset Management recording to reconcile at the end. Proper liaison with execution team and planning team for material and resource planning. Proper dispatching of material to avoid any Damages Preparing Final reports at closing of Turnaround activities. Daily Updating and briefing regarding Shutdown activities to Head of Department. Proper issuance of inventory with the cost control strategy.

Coordinate/perform designated materials management activities, including Material Receipts, Storage, Inventory Control, and Placing orders with vendors, Stocking, rotating. Perform designated hazardous waste management, disposal activities & maintain records. To Ensure Calibration Of Measuring & Test Equipments. To Ensure That All Stores Activities Are Managed Economically & In A Cost. Maintain database, records, census, and statistics. Process and maintain materials management records and files, including purchase orders, receivers, and invoices, packing slips, open and closed files. Ensure That Services Are Provided By Stores Are As Per Company's Quality Policy & Operation Carried Out In Accordance With QHSE Policy
