•Make the report of cold stores and ante-room temperature by reading the digital device temp-record loggers.
•Monitor the vehicles temperature by the help of Temp. Record Loggers.
• To monitor the standard parameters of cold stores (Daily Check List for cold Store).
•Monitor the cleaning of cold stores & (Daily checklist for cleaning of DC South). Forward the report to respective department head & concern persons for corrective action.
•Conduct inspection of products during loading & unloading of vehicles or container respectively.
• Monitor the personal Hygiene of workers at Distribution Center (Personal Hygiene Assessment of workers at DC South).
• Evaluation of return products from KCS, TPR'S and institutions.
• Surprise visits of KCSs (outlets). Making report of it & forwarding the critical observations to concern persons for corrective action.
•Solve the quality issues of Institutional customers and super departmental stores whenever sale department required the help.
•Monitoring of FIFO at Distribution Center by filling the standard format (Products checking for FIFO during order preparation).
•Making of cold stores monthly temperature reports & sending it to concern persons.
•Making of vehicles monthly temperature reports.
•Monitoring & Implementation of insect pest management.
•Training of KCS and DC staff of product and system Knowledge.
To ensure overall Food Safety and Quality compliance in distribution and sales operations of South Region.
Reporting and monitoring of any non compliance activities at cold storage's.
Provide customer support in case of complaints and any product related orientation.
Evaluation of different market returns and takes corrective actions for curtailment.
Preparation of different trend analysis reports of all assigned QA compliance checks.
Surprise visits of KCSs (outlets) for assuring quality compliance and for further improvement.
Training of Sales and DC staff regarding product and system knowledge.
Perform periodic internal audits of the cold stores and transportation system as per pre defined standard.
Communicating and implementing any regulatory body requirements in Distribution and retail end (Company operated outlets).
Liaison with sales and distribution team for smooth operations without any QA non compliance.
Assessing the company product specification and its supplier, and comparing with according to customer requirement.
Working with purchasing staff to establish the quality requirement from external supplier.
Agreeing standard and establishing clearly defined quality methods.
Setting up and maintaining control and documentation procedure.
Manage the laboratory and quality control administration according to GLP, GMP etc.
Reports of proper utilization quality control of raw material and finished product as per specified standard (ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, HALAL).
Perform analytical work with scientific instruments like:Brook Field Visco-Meter, Karl Fisher moisture analyzer, Schmadzu Moisture balance, Janwey 6800 UV/Visible double beam scanning Spectrophotometer, Abbe Rafracto Meter, Analytical Balance, Muffle Furnace.
Performed the supervision of different production and QA processes.
Performed the internal audits and HACCP re-assessment
Daily monitoring of cold stores temperature and develop monthly trend analysis
Ensure proper GMPs implementation at the processing facility.
Initiate R&D for new products and existing products and processes
Ensure HACCP Manual and all related documents are amended as per system and up to date.
Support the R&D department for new product standards.
Improve the overall quality system through inputs and feed backs.
