At Telenor Model Town Franchise, I introduced first time in the industry the concept of retailer lucky draw. In the last 2-½ years we have given away four motorbikes and two Umrah tickets to Retailers. This as a policy had paid off and we were able to maintain not only good relations with the Retailers but also generated high revenues for the company.
