Working as Shift Manager at Utilities Unit consisting of Power Generation & Distribution system, Auxiliary and waste heat boilers, Cooling Towers, Instrument air generation, Water Treatment, Waste Water Treatment, Inert Gas Generation and HVAC
Operation of GE Frame-5 gas turbines \[with Mark-II and Mark-V control systems\], Generators and their protection systems
In-depth understanding of DCS \[Yokogawa Centum CS-3000\] and analog control systems, along with PLC based shutdown logic system. Project experience of replacement of conventional control system of auxiliary and waste heat boilers to DCS and conventional shutdown system to PLC
