∙ Management of Information and Communication Technology Deanship (DICT), and Deanship of e-Learning and Distance Learning, including all 12 University branches in eastern province in KSA
∙ Managing IT programs and strategic planning
∙ Supervised the Project Management Office team to successfully deliver online learning solutions, and blended programs
∙ Utilization of ISO 20001, ISO 27001 and ITIL methodologies
∙ Directing and managing day to day operations of the Enterprise Information services, network, server systems, and project management.
∙ Supervising of all IT functions and maintaining high standards in technology acquisition
∙ Supervising and mentoring staff
∙ Financial monitoring and budget management including disaster recovery planning
∙ Analyzing, documenting and improving software development
