To perform physical tests of PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) flakes as standards parameters.
To check quality control parameters of strapping tape unit during production.
To check maximum tensile strength/load and elongation of strapping tape using tensile strength machine of LLOYD instruments of 30 KN.
To check QC parameters of strapping tape before packaging for consistency.
To control the parameters of tape by regularly check all process from feeding of PET material in crystallizer and afterwards twine screw extruder, booster pump, screen changer, spinning heads, water bath, draw stand, stretching unit, embossing unit, hot water unit, cooling unit, adhesive water removal unit and finally to winder.
To maintain the atmosphere feasible to provide the best quality in the market and maximum production package.

To check physical condition of ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) material prior to electroplating
and aluminum sheets to make caps of perfume’s bottles in press shop, powder coating and anodizing plant and take this material in inventory and make QC reports as per master sample.
To check and maintain the strength of different chemicals in each tank of electroplating and anodizing plants.
To observe electroplated and anodized finished products i.e. bright gold, matt gold, bright chromium, matt chromium, bright nickel, bright silver and matt silver on ABS and aluminum components by performing analytical tests, maintaining specific electric current, replacing filter papers as per schedule and maintain all parameters with in specification.
To make inventory of raw material such as chemicals, anodes, filters papers, heaters, ABS raw material and aluminum raw material.

Framing comprehensive systems to ensure product quality consistency throughout all the Hotels of Hashoogroup.
Developing operational systems including production, planning and evaluation
managing the factory operation, regarding mineral water filtration, processing, and product development.
Responsible for the entire operational activities at factory including cost control, employee training and evaluation.
To maintain and make the inventory of chemicals which are used in the production of mineral water and juice.

Inspecting of Incoming raw material which is used in beverage industry like Empty PET bottles, RB, NRB, seal secure test of plastic caps, crown crimpage test.
To evaluate turbidity, color, and ash of sugar using spectrophotometer and suggest as per result about incoming sugar.
To check the purity or effectiveness of incoming chemicals which are used in water treatment plant for processing as NaCl, Chlorine, FeSo4, Calcium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Activated granular carbon and Resin (Sodium zeolite) for water softening.
To check the gas volume, filled height, crown crimpage or seal secure test, brix ( conc. of sugar), TA (titrate able acidity) of beverage
Supervision of CIP (clean in place), five step sanitation and hot sanitation of syrup tanks, carbon purifier and carbocoolars.
Ensuring the personnel hygiene and environment free from contamination.
To make the laboratory solutions such as P indicator (gives pink color in solutions in the presence of P (Hydroxide) Alkalinity), M indicator ( to check M (CaCo3) Alkalinity), H2So4 N/50 (to check P and M Alkalinity), H2So4 2.5N (to check the %age of Caustic Soda (NaoH) in solutions.), Thiosulfate (T) solution (to remove chlorine in solution of a sample), Orthotolodine (indicator for chlorine detection, later to check conc. of free chlorine present in a sample with chlorimeter), Barium Chloride (to make results clear of NaoH concentration),
To calibrate the instruments and accessories used in lab, water treatment plant, Syrup preparation section, washing machine for glass and PET bottles, filling unit and Co2 production plant such as pH meter, TDS meter, pressure gauge, weighing balance, refrectometer, thermometer and volume of syrup tanks.

To operate water treatment plant of coagulation method in which FeSo4 is used as coagulant as per requirements of PCI (Pepsi cola international) specification and to resolve the issues regarding water treatment process.
To check P alkalinity, M alkalinity, conc. of chlorine and hardness of processing water and resulting to take action as per requirements
To check %age of caustic soda (NaoH) in the solution of washing machine using for washing of RB.
To check the unavailability of caustic in washed bottles, either it is being carried over or not and then suggest to wash pockets of washing machine immediately and properly in which NaoH is being carried over.
To perform mold test with methylene blue of RB washed bottles and to take action on the basis of result.
To do backwash of sand filter and carbon purifier daily and note those efficiency in every passing day, hot sanitation of carbon purifier and sanitation of all pipe lines from water treatment plant to syrup preparation section, washing unit and filling unit with strong chlorine.
Supervision of gradation and descaling of gravels, crush and sand which are used in sand filters, carbon purifiers, and softeners
Supervision during maintenance and up gradation of sand filters, carbon purifiers and softeners.
To work on Co2 lab. and production plant and to check the percentage purity of carbon dioxide with Zahm-Nagel apparatus and to detect other gases and moisture present in Co2 gas with DTM-4 apparatus and to suggest to take action on the base of result.
