I am currently working as Senior Solution Developer/Assistant Manager for Expo 2020. Dynamics CRM 2016 (on premise) was used as backend for majority of the Expo data. List of some modules, managed by CRM.
• Countries on-boarding, mobilization, management of their trade license, their day-to-day activities & decommissioning.
• Access Management of Expo Employees, Partners & Contractors - This include their Employees, Vehicles, Passes etc
• VAPPs - This include allocation, VAPPs distribution, slot distribution, management and assignment of different types (hourly, daily, Weekly, Monthly) of VAPPs for Vehicles (Private, Coaches, Delivery Vehicles etc), Partners, Countries as well as people including dignitaries.
o VAPP data is sent to VAM/G42 - A third party vendor that uses this data for access to the site.
• Workforce - As people moved into shift based working during event time. Workforce solutions were designed for both contactors & volunteers. Functional admin will roster people in Rosterfy (a third party system for rostering). This data will then be copied to MS CRM using CRM Custom Services.
o Have the honor of building a Custom android application for check-in/out of Volunteers/Paid Staff. App was installed on over 500+ devices and was distributed among Workforce Staff.
o Custom SSRS reports were built to include rates & billing for paid staff/contractors.
• Integration with VAM/G42 - While people were accredited in “Accreditation” (a third party system design to authorize people access to the site). Data was pushed to CRM and then to VAM/G42 to allow/deny access to the site.
Other responsibilities
• Administration of SharePoint 2016, Patches Installation & Upgrade.
• Development of portals using SharePoint JSOM/CSOM for Event Management (Integration with Ungerbook), HR Leavers process.
• Support for Intranet Portal - Portal was built in Angular JS over SharePoint.
• Coordinating with Etisalat team for Trouble Shooting, Windows security patch management etc.

Meanwhile, as .Net consultant, I worked on project for Al-Safi DANONE (a subsidiary of AFG), this includes the web portal & the software for Intermec Handheld based on Windows 7 CE. I also worked on SIPCHEM (Saudi Petro-Chemical) Project. This project was built to move some of the SAP functionalities on the Intermec Handheld.

I was then made the project manager for MS CRM development for Alfa People (DK, UK). Also during the same project participated in CMMI Level 2 Audit for then Geopaq Technologies.
