Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaise with all departments to facilitate preparation of the Company’s annual budget for review by the company executive.
Establish appropriate procedures and controls within the department to ensure for accurate and timely record of all financial transactions with adequate support.
Review of Sales target and R/A, P/A, Inventory aging.
Review of profitability margin of business activities,
Verify revenue, expenditure, assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation, records, and suffice the audit objectives.
Exercising effective control over all the financial accounting matters of the company and Oversee the development and implementation of financial procedures and control tools
Negotiating with the banks for facilities and loans and analyzing and evaluating the performance vis-à-vis budget on a periodic basis.
Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures by verifying records and documentation
Draft Financial reports and other reports as required and monitoring of Cash flow statement
Analytical Review of Financial Statement of Accounts.
Management of taxation
Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning of business development and review of profitability margin of business activities,
Cash flow and project cash flow management,
Analytical review of business results of Financial Statement
Timely preparation of financial statement and liaison with financial institutions,
Financial planning of the organization,
Review and monitor compliance and internal control procedures relating to finance function
Supervise the input of financial data into software & generate required reports for management
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the formulation, review and approval process for budget,
Financial analysis and cash flow statement on weekly & monthly basis.
The timely preparation of monthly Financial Statements & analytical review
Management of credit controls of the company’s operations,
Preparation of MIS Reports
Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparation of annual budget& Analytical review of financial statement.
Financial analysis (product wise sales, gross profit and expenses analysis,
Formulation, implementation and maintain of accounting procedures and internal financial control over the company’s operations,
Preparation of MIS Management
Ensure that all revenue &cost, Assets & Liabilities are properly recorded and accounted for.
Inventory
Duties &Responsibilities:
Fund & treasury management,
Monitoring books of accounts,
Checking the nature of capital and revenue expenditure,
Preparation of financial statements on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually,
Finalization of internal audit, Interim audit and final audit of accounts and sales tax.
Reconciliation of Production A/c with Sales, Purchase &Stocks. Benchmark costs and identify cost reduction opportunities.
Analysis of Sales and Receivables.
Financial Analysis and MIS Management.
Loan financing from banks/LC documents/enhancement & renewal of exiting loans facilities.
