•Supervision of Controls by SCADA and DCS system for Flows, Setting of Recoveries for RO membranes, Set points of chemical Dosing pumps, Calibration of Flow Meters, Pressure Switches, ORP, PH, TDS, Conductivity, Turbidity and SDI Meters.
•Shaft Alignment of High Pressure and Low Pressure pumps for RO feed and RO discharge Flows.
•Setting of VFDs as per required Flow for desired operation.
•Calibration of Chemical Dosing Pumps and metering pumps.
•Maintaining day to day activity of preventive and corrective maintenance.
