Prepare and Analyze the Credit Facilities (New limits/ Regular lines / One Off / Renewals/Enhancement) requested by the corporate clients to cater their needs for working capital/ project financing/ trade finance related business needs.
Responsible for site visit of the company & preparing visit report process for case evaluation with full adherence to KYC (Know your customer) compliance.
Liaison with customers for requisite information / documents.
Reviewed in depth and analyzed relevant information, financial statements, documents of all files received.
To mitigate the risk by evaluating applicant’s financial documents by using ratios analysis, trend analysis/ horizontal analysis, cash flows projections/ checking the working capital cycle of the customer etc.
Liaison with Credit Administration Department for the disbursement of credit facilities
Monitoring and recoveries of the credit facilities granted to the borrowers and follow ups with clients.
Preparation of different report as required by the bank.
Maintain / exceed turnaround time (TAT) standards agreed with the internal departments.
Ensuring consistent application of credit policy.
Responsible for multi-functional assignment as a reliable backup.
Develop appropriate selling including cross-selling to potential & current customers to facilitate achievement of the business plan.
Prepare & gain approval for proposals that will meet the organizations' criteria & customer needs.
Regularly review account performance making appropriate adjustments for optimizing returns.
Address customer problems & complaints to achieve satisfactory resolutions, coordinating with other units as appropriate.
Comply with the approval policies, procedures and norms to protect the organization & customers' interests.
Directing, monitoring and coordinating, evaluations and plans, to guarantee standard running of credits portfolio;
Responsible for quality control;
Liaising with all concerned parties like customer, Branch Manager, Area Office, Credit Division, Head Office, legal advisors, Evaluators, Income estimators
Submitting monthly data of performance parameters to the upper management, along with proposals to eliminate bottlenecks;
Frequent meeting for preventive maintenance checks and follow ups with Credit Manager/ Branch Manager;
Performing smooth audit both of Internal audit, State Bank of Pakistan -SBP Audit;
Making assure that due compliance is made in accordance to Banks policies and central bank regulations
Managed assigned portfolio (SME/Commercial/ Corporate accounts).
Followed through modus operandi including credit initiation, preparation of credit proposals, obtaining credit approvals, post approvals, liaison with legal, Credit administration Department for facility disbursement.
Coordinating with Internal & External Audit/ State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) audit and full compliance of banks procedures & regulations.
Scholarship Holder both in Graduation and Masters on the basis outstanding accademic performance. Internship (two months)in Askari Commercial Bank Ltd, Gujranwala. Received Best Personality Award in Hostel Function.
