- Negotiated and Secured long term global framework blanket agreement with SABIC to execute Front End Engineering Design for SABIC mega project and program globally. This resulted in business growth of overall business. That generated revenue value circa of 100 Million USD throughout Wood global business.
- Secured long term engineering and drafting alliance which cover engineering work for all SABIC affiliates in kingdom.

SADARA Oxygen & Nitrogen Supply Project:
Project scope is to feed SADARA petrochemical complex with Nitrogen and Oxygen from SABIC - GAS affiliate. This include engineering, procurement and construction of new ASU, high pressure compressors, cryogenic vaporizers, high voltage substation and rack rooms, process control system and building, custody metering station and 16 KM pipelines from Jubail-1 to Jubail-2 and other processing units and custody metering stations at SADARA end.

- Leading project development which includes feasibility study and economic, front end engineering, project risk analysis, HSE review, technology assessment and selection, organization charter, and project execution plan.
- Managed overall EPC contractors and subcontractors and leader of multi groups of owner engineers and team (PMT) during the execution phase of detail engineering, procurement and construction at contractor office overseas and construction site.
- Managing several stakeholders and interfaces among several parties (Royal commission Jubail, GAS affiliate, SADARA, SEC, Marafiq, EPC contractors).
- Controlling owner project costing, invoicing and execution schedule.

I have been in international assignment with Aramco Overseas Company and based along with the EPC office and leading project execution scope for expanding formation water treatment and injection systems of the biggest onshore gas oil separation facility located in in Safaniya. Total CAPEX around 270 million USD. This include frequent engagements and collaboration with Aramco overseas office AOC as well as Aramco Service Company ASC. Managed project supply chain and logistics which consist of multi global and local vendors, service providers, inspectors and other procurement team member while project execution.
The scope constitutes of installation of new API Oil & Gas Separators, new water oil separation facility WOSP, water injection systems, new substations and control buildings beside other auxiliary systems.
- Lead the Initiation of Saudi Aramco DBSP basic design, EPC tendering, technical evaluation and EPC contractor selection.
- Established an lead project execution strategy and plan.
- Lead the detailed engineering, procurement and construction activities at the contractor office overseas and site.
- Managing and satisfying asset owner and stakeholders executive expectations and objectives.
- Facilitating scope change management with EPC contractors and sourcing required approval per Aramco procedure.
- Setting and monitoring project control Work Breakdown Structure WBS and Cost Breakdown Structure CBS.
- Managing material requisition, specification, vendor deliverables, and setting inspection and testing plan ITP till equipment delivery to site.
