As a Programme Manager, I was responsible to the Project Director for the governance and project control of a number of activities and services contracted under company’s contract with the customer to supply manpower and services (5-years budget cycle). I was also responsible for ensuring that specific activities and services contracted under this contract are delivered to time cost and quality in accordance with contract requirements and in full compliance with company’s Operational Framework.
As a Project Manager, I am responsible to the Head of HR Projects for defining, planning, managing and delivering the project to meet both customer and business requirements. In addition, I am responsible for managing all aspects of the design, construction, testing and commissioning and Handover of the project to cost, time and quality.
The key aspect of my role is to focus on the delivery of cross-functional HR projects, operating closely with and providing expert leadership to other functional areas to ensure that the total capability delivered is fit for purpose. This is the single most important requirement for the HR function with respect to the Programme and is a critical element to the future sustainment of the capability

Roles & Achievements:
1. Project Olympia Project Management delivery Lead; delivery of Responsible Document Management Solution across the business to comply with corporate mandated legal policy (on-going project; target completion date Dec 2014):
- Leading project management for delivery activities; managing solution roll out across the business
- Engagement with senior management and key stakeholders
- Managing key project management reviews i.e. LCM phase reviews
- Development of key project management deliverables to support project reviews e.g. Project Management Plan with supporting documents
- Implementation of Project controls i.e. scheduling and risk management through regular reviews with project team to track progress & set corrective/action plan

- Leading project management activities
- Engagement with key senior management stakeholders
- Managing the delivery of the DP training across the business
- Engagement with Corporate team to set delivery approach for our Business Unit in KSA & UK
- Engagement with Business functions to set mitigation strategy for risks against DP identified as result of Gap Analysis activity carried out by Legal corporate team at the start of the project
- Engagement with Business functions to implement policy & process updates to be aligned with DP policy
- Delivery of project briefs to senior management team across the business & project sponsor i.e. Legal VP for buy in & flow down of requirements
- Project completed successfully with achievement recognition received from Project Sponsor, Corporate team & line management; recognition letter received from line management as a result of that.
Senior Project Officer; BAE Systems -Performance Based Contract: Future Support Solutions FSS Projects - Training Services Solutions Project at Technical Studies Institute TSI;

- TSI Risk and Opportunity Management Controller
- Development of Risk & Opportunity Management Plan to articulate how R&O Management will be conducted on the overall FSS Programme
- Implement project controls & planning in order to ensure solution integration between all work streams will be made in a very professional way
