* Taking the responsibility as an acting manager in many occasions as Generation &
Distribution Contract Division Manager: responsibility covers supervising the procurement
activities of all contracts types that are handled within this division.
* Taking the responsibility as an acting Section Head, Contracting Services & Information
Systems: responsibility covers all contracts & contractors database system and update,
reporting system to all proponent departments.
