As a security supervisor I am looking security at my allocated location from company. My main objectives working in the security are to protect the resources of respected organization, to look after housekeeping, maintenance work, any mishaps, parking Areas and to supervise the team, giving directions, how to handling situation in critical moments like Fire fighting, Medical First Aid.
My main duties were to brief customer about the products of bank and provide complete information about the product, also satisfy the customer queries regarding products.
I was worked as an operation officer in GIGA MALL, WTC ISLAMABAD; tasks related to the jobs were customer dealing, issue resolving, direct housekeeping and maintenance department to perform certain duties.
• Obtained first-hand knowledge of operations of a retail bank.
• Shadowed the department managers of Foreign Trade, Credits, Cheques, Clearance and Remittances and Account Opening.
• Helped fasten the assembly line by quickly carrying the documents to the appropriate personnel and getting them signed.
• Assisted customers to fill up their forms when opening an account. Made sure all the required documents were submitted.
• Sorted out the cheques that were to be sent out for clearance by NIFT.
• Wrote up emails to inform customers about the imminent deductions that were to take place, imposed by the government.
Made positive prospective and contact them for appointment, after appointment i had to go attend meetings and explain about the products of company also, answering the questions from client side and than after taking necessary information i made suitable financial plan for client, also hiring my team and co-ordinate all of those efficiently, i hired 8 members in my team.
