• Responsible to evaluate equipment condition and performance
• Leading maintenance team in daily maintenance activities and prepare the SOP's of maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
• Determine material needs according to plans and maintain spare parts stock
• Manage implementation of preventive maintenance plans as per recommendations of OEM and according to TPM plans
• Formulate procedures to rectifying the issues of repetitive failures and ensure compliance of planned maintenance activities
• Responsible for implementing the maintenance procedures to be followed in accordance with the operating and maintenance manuals, the planned maintenance system and any other recommendations that become necessary over time
• Develop maintenance strategies, procedures and methods, Also monitoring maintenance budgets
• Have the ability to lead technical root cause investigations and elaborate comprehensive technical reports
• Reporting the failure reasons and analyze the trends of equipment maintenance and check whether SOP's were followed or not
• Preparation and monitoring of annual budget for spares and capital parts
• Suggest, coordinate and implement development and modification activities for productivity increase and cost reduction, budgeting and leading the technical teams associated with maintenance of equipment.
