Ensure proper pipe production planning, scheduling, monitoring, finished pipe storing and delivery to the customers.
Formulating production policies, initiating, and implementing production budget and forecasts.
Provide technical evaluation on customer inquiry, raw materials.
Coordinating with sales and purchase department in matters dealing with all materials of ordering and movement.
Supervising all planning staff and ensuring that production and inventory status and report is properly prepared, reported and maintained.
Liaising with the commercial department and insertion of change/delay events into an impacted schedule.
Develop project WBS, baseline schedule, progress measurement, S-curves, histograms, and progress tracking system.
Review and issuance of look ahead schedule, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Updating schedule and maintaining realistic critical path
Manage and participate in weekly and monthly progress review meetings with client and higher management.
Prepare recovery schedule and revised baseline schedule.
Preparing dashboard reporting and assisting in meetings.
Perform project delay and earn value analysis and prepare extension of time claim.
Prepare monthly progress invoice.
MEP project Planning and Scheduling
Develop detailed project schedules with resource and cost loading and ensure consistency with contract documents (Conditions of Contract, Specifications, Bill of Quantities, Drawings and Method Statement)
Monitor the progress and spending of projects to ensure timely delivery and on budget
To ensure that the project schedule is being updated on periodical bases.
Analyze project progress versus baseline program and identify/ forecast delays
Coordinate with Project Manager and site team for recovery plans and monitor implementation.
Analyze overall project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) and Key Performance Indexes (KPI’s)
Support the project Manager providing all information necessary for a rapid identification of any unfavorable trend or any potential problem in time in order to start immediate corrective actions.
Assist in maintain current and accurate records on internal and client database and document control systems (including all logs - material, drawings, RFI…etc.).
Preparation of Project Planning Dossier contains Project WBS, Master schedule, S-curves, Progress monitoring and reporting procedures and formats, manpower and equipment mobilization Histograms
Preparation & submission of project reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) reflecting the real project status both w.r.t. to time, performance and cost.
Close monitoring of Project milestones and follow up with client for the approval of achieved contractual milestones
Analyze validity of schedules from subcontractors and ensure alignment with master schedule
Preparation submission and follow up of Project Progress certification & Progress invoices as per invoicing procedure
Coordinate and follow up with clients for contractual issues, Claim and Counter Claims
Prepare Project Presentations as per requirement (Kickoff meeting, Monthly management Meeting etc), Recording of Minutes of Meetings for weekly project Review Meeting.
Correspond & coordinate (emails, Letters, meetings) with Client area In-charges to discuss Planning & Control issues and reports.
Update and monitor Project Master Schedules Level-III, Identify the critical & near critical activities and continuously monitor them and report to management and make schedule Risk analysis Quarterly
Prepare and distribute to all concerns, 3 weeks and 3 month look-ahead schedule
Evaluates the planning and scheduling information collected from Project Management Teams and contractors and advises management of exceptions to the plan and potential corrective action and/or impact to the project.
To developed up-to sufficient detail to ensure effective control of all objects going into the project deliverables. This may be achieved through development of detailed plans as required.
Discusses, coordinates and resolves long term and short term planning and scheduling problems with personnel throughout the Company and with contractor organizations. Acts as technical consultant when required.
Keep a follow up on the procurement items and monitor their delivery schedule W.R.T to the requirement at site
The Variation orders time impact are properly managed and integrated into the plan.
To identify and collect technical documentation in order to understand the project deliverables and all components
Review project milestones, tender/ contract requirements and prepare project schedules
Ensure that all contractual/ company and local authority requirements for QA/QC & HSE requirements are complied
Review, identify and advise project manpower, equipment & other resource requirements.
Prepare & ensure master program of works/ critical milestones are achieved, ensure effective planning & monitoring of site progress
Preparation, implementing corrective actions & recovery program to arrest slippage.
Develop look ahead program and identify resource requirement of manpower, equipment and materials
Responsible for the maintenance of plant equipment and machine tools including: air compressors, chillers, air handling units, heat exchangers, diesel generators, mixer, ovens, pneumatic/electric overhead cranes, hydraulic platforms, compressed air/HVAC/ water supply piping, conventional/CNC machine tools and different types of welding machines.
• To manage repair and installation cell comprise 25 team members
• Planning of periodic mechanical maintenance work
• Complaint handling and assure spare parts /consumable availability
• Supervise critical mechanical maintenance work through out the plant
• Liaise with other cells to enable efficient maintenance work
• Assist in developing, iprovement and implementation of CMMS
• Report/data input into CMMS for equipment performance monitoring
• Ensure safe working condition of all tools, lifting and mobile equipment
• Vetting technical specifications of equipment are to be procured
Responsible for Routine and Turnaround maintenance planning & scheduling.
Vendor/ contractor coordination to enable safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
Coordinates and perform unit turnarounds to assure proper and safe
Implementation, within budget and on schedule.
Ensure work is planned, scheduled and executed safely and efficiently
provide estimating/budgeting/cost reporting for shutdown activities (manpower loading, equipment, etc.)
Manage and depute maintenance team on operational complaints
Troubleshooting of operational faults
To supervise in house mechanical workshop
Review of spare part holdings, ordering spares, carrying out stores inspections and maintaining adequate inventories
