Ensure timely completion of all assigned tickets for request fulfilment or issue resolution.
• Supporting of all Physical and Virtual Enterprise systems and infrastructure.
• Installing approved Network and OS patches.

• Be involved in the day to day audit work on an operation and to notify the Information Technology Manager on any abnormal activities.
• Be fully conversant of the IT service portfolio offered by the IT Department to the company.
• Assist authorized users with an operation of the company IT system hardware, applications and workflows.
• Ensure that preventive maintenance required by all IT equipment within the company is carried out appropriately as per schedule.
• Coordinate the timely repair and return to service of any faulty IT equipment.
• Monitor backup schedules and randomly test the backup of data in any IT system.
• Follow the business continuity procedure accurately to continue the business operation of the company in the event of a system failure.
• Compose manuals on the use of any IT systems and incorporate those manuals into the relevant operating procedures of the company.
• Investigate software fault reports or enhancement requests.
Managing UPS / Telephone LINES and Exchange. Internal IVR and Telecom systems
•Responsible for Remote Cities Network of Our Company and frequent visits to solve major/minor Network issues and Computer Problems.
•Interacting and Coordinating with Various vendors regarding Software and Hardware Development, Setup & Maintenance of Infrastructure.
