• Forecast crop specific fertilizer demand and advise supply chain for production and shipment of products to field warehouses for sales to company dealers/ customers.
• Provide guidelines to team for market development strategy for respective crop production Zones and various crop rotations during Kharif and Rabi crop seasons.
• Identify institutes/ third parties and evaluate potential for business with company in new geographical segments.
• Organize in-house training programs for capacity building of sales and market development officers.
• Share best management practices with team of Agronomists so that they are able to guide farmers for enhancing their farm productivity in cost effective manner.
• Study farmer's cost of production and economics and its impact on fertilizer consumption in the country.
• Provide support to management on technical matters and Monitor fertilizer quality programs (PQCs)
• Initiate R&D programs for new product testing and development.
• Budget appropriate funds for marketing operations (sales, agronomic services, product development, demonstration plots, product promotion activities, etc.)

To develop, execute and monitor overall market development strategy to achieve conversion and retention targets for targeted brands.
To maintain liaison with Govt. functionaries in getting business support, enhance corporate image and information sharing in the field of Agriculture on national level.

Provide leadership to Zonal Marketing Organization to ensure that HSE standards are maintained at highest level in the Zone.
Develop strategy for Market Development of Company Brands in Povinces of Sindh and Balochistan.
Lead the team of Market Development Officers (MDOs)for developing fertilizer brands.
Budget planning, monitoring of team activities, training of MDOs, on job training of new hires, ensure achievement of planned goals through team of MDOs by converting the customers for using Company brands and retaining them as repeat users.
Update management through periodic reports on agronomic development in the Zone and advise on sales and market development strategies.
