cable & conduit schedule, Instrument Installation schedule.
Installation of Instruments stands, Equipments, Cable trays, conduit, Junction Boxes, Marshalling Panels,
System Panels, Solar Array Panels, SCADA Integration system in Offshore and Termination of Panels.
Preparing, reviewing and implementation of all supporting documents regarding project execution.
Capable for the Execution/commissioning and functions test of all above stated activities independently
in the capacity of Supervision Level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installation of Power Transformers, Switchgears, motor Control Centers, Switch racks, Disconnect
switches, Circuit breakers, Emergency Diesel Generators, Direct Current system, Relay panels, ,
Remote terminal units, Well Shutdown Hydraulic panels, Instrument junction boxes, Battery
chargers, Cathodic protection Rectifiers, Photo vatic systems, Instruments.
Installation of under ground and above ground conduits, cable trays, duct banks, power, control
and instrument cables.
Erection assembling and pre commissioning of underground MV, LV Power Cables..
Supervision of all Electrical installation activities covering installation of Main Panel Board and
basic electrification of small power, lighting Eraction of cable tray, installation of junction box
lighting Distribution Panel according to plan drawing specification of Pakistan Hydro
Consultant(PHC) in various control building(Tail Regulator Intake Power House and Switch
yard).Laying of Grounding net of various part (Tail regulator Intake Power House Switch yard) to
connecting with each other by copper conductor jointing i.e.250mm, 185mm, 95mm 25mm and
using grounding electrodes. Installation of CT PT SF6 Circuit Breaker Shunt Reactors. Co -
ordination for client inspection and acceptance. Prepare and submit daily progress report to
electrical construction manager. Supervising and monitoring of all electrical installation during
construction stage during check analyze the completed electrical work accomplishment for
testing commissioning work & start up.
Calibration of Instruments such as Pressure transmitters, Flow transmitters, Level transmitters,
Temperature transmitters, and pressure switches, Temperature switchers, Pressure indicators,
Temperature indicators, Pressure relief valves and temperature recorders.
Installation and Testing of Ground Grids for Sub-stations, Well head facilities and Manifolds.Precommissioning
and Testing of Switch rack Breakers, Transformers and Motor control centers and
Hi-pot testing of power cables.
Installation of cathodic Protection system for well heads, Transmission pipelines, Flow lines and
Trunk lines, such as Deep anode bed, Distribution anode bed, Horizontal anode bed, &
Temporary
C P systems.
Calibration of Pressure, Level, Flow and Temperature Instruments, switches, control valves,
Pneumatic Instruments as per the Data Sheet and Process Specifications.
Calibration and Configuration and PID Tuning of Panel Instruments as per process
requirements.
Thoroughly understand the Commissioning Document and find out the discrepancies
regarding the Pre-commissioning, Loop Checking, Commissioning and for final start Up the
Plant.
Responsible for preparing Internal Punch List for rectification of discrepancies before
offering the products for Customer Inspection.
Lead the Technician team and ensure Timely, quality and safe operation during Precommissioning
and Commissioning activities.
Identify with team leader and construction source to resolve Technical Query and
Punch list.
Supervision with contractors while they are carrying out commissioning activities
Commissioning Motor Operated Valves (MOV), Emergency System (ESD) and MMS systems.
Site Acceptance Test, loop checks, Dry & Wet Function Test, commissioning and start-up of
all Electrical and Instrumentation control systems
• Installation and Testing indoor substation 3x1500KVA, 4x1000KVA (11kv/0.400kv) oil immersed pad mounted transformers for Residential NHS naval housing society
