Regional Marine Certifier in MESA (Pakistan, UAE & Oman)
• Handled more than 200 marine vessels / ships and possess Un-restricted Shore Officer Certification for Shell and authorized to handle ships at any of the Shell Terminals/Ports across the world, specially UAE, Oman and Pakistan Terminals.
• Responsible for Training and Competence development of Shell staff in Marine Operations and Handling Ship to Shore activities in-line with Shell Global guidelines and ISGOTT.
• Authorized assessor and certifier for a total of 35 Marine Shore Officers in Pakistan, UAE and Oman.
• Focal point for marine reviews and audits in Shell Pakistan.
• Responsible for ensuring the complete Cargo Discharge Operation from Ship / Port Facilities to Terminal Tanks with strict compliance to Shell Global HSSE & S2S standards.

• Focal point for Terminal Stock Reconciliation & Fuel Loss/Gain management of 28 tanks having 08 different products with a combined operational storage of 103 Mn. Ltrs and delivering an average monthly throughput of 150+ Mn. Ltrs

Delivery of Terminal Audits/Assurances/Operational Excellence
• One of the focal points for PK - Operational Excellence Delivery.
• Successfully delivered various Shell Global Terminal Audits & LOD2/3 assurances, i.e. SMBR (Shell Marine Business Review), MPM (Maritime Process Model), HSSE CF (HSSE Control Framework), DOR (Distribution Operations Review), TIC (Terminal In Control Audit), Aviation Audit, HM (Hydrocarbon Management) Audit, etc

Focal Point - FLBM (Front Line Barrier Management) Program for Pakistan
• Focal Point of delivery, training and assessment of Shell’s Global Frontline Barrier Management (FLBM) program for staff involved in Product Handling Vessel, Pipeline and Terminal Emergency Response in Pakistan

Focal Point - Terminal DGAME (Distribution Global Asset Management & Excellence)
• Focal Point for DGAME & SCEs (Safety Critical Equipment) at Terminal

• Providing 1st Level Business Continuity Support at Terminal for issues related to GSAP and its Terminal CAP Global Ice Box.

. Prequalification of Contractors / Suppliers for supply, testing and installation of 30KVA DG Sets, Single & Twin Delivery Electronic Dispensing Units, Aluminum Composite Material, Air Compressors and Horizontal Steel Storage Tanks for PSO’s New Vision Retail Outlets.
. Prequalification of EPC Contractors for setting up LPG Auto Gas Stations on ‘Turn Key’ basis all over Pakistan.
. Prequalification of Contractors for carrying out Cleaning & Signage and Electrical Maintenance Works at PSO’s New Vision Retail Outlets all over Pakistan
. Prequalification of Consultants-cum-Suppliers of Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems.
