As per HCIS 2017 requirements, all SABIC Affiliates in Jubail and Yanbu Industrial Cities are required to update and complying their respective Plant Security Systems with HCIS Directives 2017. Responsible for FEED ITB package. Project involves more than hundred security facility buildings and at 19 Sabic plants five at Yanbu and 14 at jubail.

Worked as Field Engineer Steel and Concrete Structures on Dung Quat Refinery Project in Vietnam from Feb. 2007 to Jul. 2007under JGC-Technip Consortium Vietnam.
 EPC for upgrade of wellhead control and safety system for Thamama ‘C’ OGD-0 & OGD-1 gas producers, ADCO
Worked as Deputy Lead Engineer for the project (Certificate of Appreciation awarded by company).
Involved in preparation of specifications and Schedule. Design of equipment supporting structures incl. Foundations, equipment foundations, sub grade concrete tanks, roads and pavements, fence and gates etc.
 65 KTPA Soda Ash Expansion Project, ICI Khewra, Pakistan
Design of bellow grade sumps. Design of equipment supporting structures, steel pipe racks, pipe bridges and foundations (Isolated and combined).
 ECPL (Engro Chemicals Pakistan Ltd)
Dynamic design of piled foundation for the Gas Turbine Generator set (GTG). Static load of pile cap was 200 Tons and of Genset was 500 tons. Dynamic design against control of vibrations and resonance for 75%, 100% and 125% of normal, maximum and minimum operation velocities and in the same line for the velocities during malfunctioning. Analysis and design of below grade concrete water tanks.
 New JGC-Descon office building.
It was a good example of value engineering provided for client.
Design vetting of 8 story RC flat slab system and its foundation of New JGC-Descon office building in Lahore. Different case studies for selection of flat slab system over framed structure. Also alternative studies for selection of mat foundation, instead of isolated, combined or strip foundations, with reduced mat thickness by providing peripheral shear reinforcement under the columns in mat foundation.

Responsible for Dynamic Design of Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) Foundation using SAP 2000 and excel spread sheet. Design for control velocities and respnance.
