• Managed and created 300 letters a week to be sent out to Postmasters containing financial and legal information about their branch.

• Updated spreadsheets and created reports of branch completions and targets, which would be sent out to all levels of management and external teams. Organised a 6000 branch spreadsheet in 3 days.
• Managed and maintained the department inbox by delegating the emails to the right individual. Created rota for delegation of responsibility for the inbox.
