❖ Successfully completed detailed engineering of two 16 SMLS MOL pipelines for Sahil &
Shah Full Fields Development (SAS FFD) Project. The Shah-Asab MOL is 900# rating
60Kms long while Sahil-Asab is 600# rating 48Kms long pipeline. The engineering activities
done are pipeline thickness verification, crossing calculation, field bend calculation and
finalization of alignment sheets, block valve station layouts and approach drawings.
❖ Developed detailed engineering proposal for three product pipelines; 36 Gas line of
127Km, 16 NGL of 66 Km & 16 Condensate of 66Km, block valve stations, launching &
receiving stations for Shah Product Pipelines (SGD Pkg 5) Project

❖ Successfully completed the detail engineering of Saqib-1A sour gas Well head facility
that includes Pig Launcher, Pig Receiver, cooling tower and its associated piping. 8 CS, 13
km long, 900# rating Saqib-1A flow line Tie-in with the central gas processing plant.
❖ Successfully completed the detail engineering of Latif-2 sour gas well head facility and
Tie-in of 10 CS flow line to the existing Latif-1 well head facility.
❖ Successfully Completed detail engineering of 10 CS, 5.6 kilometers ZAM B&D onshore
Flow line for M/s BHP Billiton Petroleum Pakistan Limited.
❖ Reviewed and Vetted design of Pig Launcher 10x 8 and Pig Receiver 8 x 10 having
pressure rating of 1500# designed by GLAPWELL Contracting Services Limited, UK
❖ Finalized detail engineering of 8CS, PP coated 20 kilometers ZAM North onshore Flow line
for M/s BHP Billiton Petroleum Pakistan Limited

❖ Completed detailed engineering of a new process column and stress analysis of associated
piping for an existing condensate processing facility, ENAR Petroleum Refining Facility
❖ Delivered basic engineering for a new condensate processing facility ENAR Petroleum
Refining Facility II of 5000 BPD capacity. This includes engineering deliverables like plot
plan, equipment layout, piping layouts and stress analysis of critical lines using Caesar-II
❖ Successfully completed basic design for pressure vessel and heat exchanger (AES, AEU &
BEU) using PVElite and COMPRESS software
