The position of overall for the schedule /schedule and conditioning & monitoring equipment /machinery for the better machine reliability.
Responsible of safe efficient technically sound and execution of maintenance work to ensure smooth running of plant with consistency quality and quantity.
Immediately act during equipment machinery break down /failure
Carry out the schedule previoustive maintenance jobs without disturbing
Carry out the lubrication of all equipment as per lubrication schedule given by OEM without disturbing the process
Attand any abnormalities in air compressors /chiller/cooling towes /DM water plant/preventive action in the in coordination wuth shift in charge/engineers
Report on any abnormalities in west water treatment plant and preventive corrective action in coordination with shift in charge
Report to any abnormality in plant during LLF and preventive / corrective action in coordination with shift in charge
Carry out vibration chacking of single line equipment managements and preventive / corrective action for any abnormality observed during variation checking in coordination with shift in charge.
Good housekeeping and safe work environment
Attend rotary and stationary maintenance job. Plant maintenance
Dismantling repairing and assembling of all equipment’s, Pumps, Compressors, Gear Box, Air Blower, Valves (Butterfly valves, Glob valves, Gate valves, Draft gauge valves, NRV valves, PV valves Hydraulic control and pneumatic control valves) Evaporators, Vessel Heat Exchanger (Tube Type & Plate Type), Filter & Strainer, Pumps, Vacuum Pumps, condenser, Windlass, and Moring winches.
Check vibration data of all rotary equipment.
Maintain check list of all rotary & stationary Equipment.
Heavy crane overhauling of 2000ton and drilling rig (NDC)
Steam turbine maintenance & all types of turbine clearances
Vessel Heat Exchanger (Tube Type & Plate Type)
