• Public Relations Department - to Work closely with the Public Relations Department to ensure compliance to UAE Laws specially Labor, immigration and industrial laws.

• Ensure smooth operation in Public Relations Department and to ensure no penalties/fines in the process of new/renewal of visas/labor contracts/trade licenses/vehicle insurance etc.

• Database Management System (DBMS) - to ensure the records concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, absenteeism rates, retention rate, headcount, sickness are properly filed and uploaded in ERP ePROMIS/ePRO software.
