Escalate IT issues to the IT Manager where necessary
Supporting more than 200 users with multiple Clients offices. Maintain and rectify their IT Issues, Printer and Scanner
Manage the Data Center
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot all hardware (including Laptops, Desktop PC’s, printers, scanners, projectors etc) and software problems including Windows Operating Systems, Office 2007/2010 and Adobe Suite etc.
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot all Network related problems including cabling, IO Port punching, Layer-2/3 switches, Wi-Fi devices etc.
Maintain Inventory of all IT Equipments
Diagnose LAN/hardware/software faults and solve technical and applications problems
Perform routine maintenance on Workstations, printers, scanner, network switches etc.
Take Backups of Servers, Workstations etc when needed.
Take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues and problems assigned.
Deploy, Establish and Maintaining LAN Network and Servers
