Job Responsibilities:
•Leading the team of inspectors their deployment on jobs, mobilization plan, performance monitoring.
•Pre shutdown activities, study of scope work, preparation of PQP/ITP.
•Develop WPS/PQR for both Plate & Pipes and conduct Welders Performance Test & Qualification as per ASME Section IX.
•Attend coordination meetings, review of QA/QC documents / procedures and final documentation as per client’s dossier requirements.
•Issue, keep records of Non Conformance Report (NCR) as appropriate when there is a deviation to project specification.
•Reviewing & approving technical queries raised by planning department.
•Maintaining equipment calibration and log.
•Preparation of Weld Rejection Rate Report on weekly & monthly basis in terms of joints & linear basis. Arrange tool box talks to control Repair percentage of welders.
•Review of RT Films.
•Review weld summary with NDT, RT, DPT/MPI, PWHT, PMI & Hardness test.
•Witness of the Hydro, Pneumatic testing for piping and valves.
•Stage and final of Inspection of complete equipment i.e. Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks with client & ASME inspector.
•Provide third party inspection of all the repair and internal modification work, nozzles replacement with ASME Inspector on Pressure Vessels, Drums and “R” stamp marking on name plates.
•Inspection and surveillance on installation and alignment of various static and rotating equipment’s, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, pumps.
•Inspection for Storage Tanks Bottom replacement.
•Co-ordinate with PSSR team for Final Walk Through and issuance of Mechanical Completion Certificate (MCC).
•Preparation of Final dossier.
