I worked at WLCBMS as HR Officer where I work under the direct supervision of my principal. I was responsible for planning staff training, arranging meetings and holding interviews for recruiting new staff. I had to maintain staff record, taking care of their contracts, time sheets and salaries. In addition to this I had to communicate with external awarding bodies for arranging trainers and other admin issues. I also tought Professional Certificates for Tourism and Hospitality Management as a visiting faculty member.
As admin assistant I have worked in different offices with NHS for medical record and Human resources. I used to work on NHS in-house record handling systems (PAS, Open Exeter and ESR). I have also performed duties like proof reading, letter writing, telephonic appointment and complaints.
