•Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting, including Costing & Production Performance. Ensuring all data are complete, accurate and in accordance with companies polices & procedures to view the business cost & production efficiency.
•Reviewing Cost performance through analyzing key ratios and trends including Break-Even point in terms of value and quantity.
•Reviewing operational performance reports regarding sales, purchases, production and inventory.
•Tracing out variances and identifying reasoning going into detail to find out either the variation is because of rate, quantity or efficiency.
•Make Costing Report for M.M. Oil Mills (Pvt) Ltd & M.M. Ghee Mill (Pvt) Ltd.
•Coordinate with Production Manager for Production Reports.
•Ensuring control over Chemicals & Consumable Consumption.
•Supervise Monthly Physical Stock Count at Production Sites.
•Set Prices for Brand of M.M. Ghee Mill (Pvt) Ltd i.e.
•Monthly reporting of Sales Team performance for M.M. Ghee Mill (Pvt) Ltd, Region wise.
•Make Profit & Loss Statements for M.M. Pumps & M.M. Farms.
•Made Operating Manual for Finance & Accounts Departments of M.M. Oil Mills (Pvt) Ltd.
•Supervision of Tax issues (Sales & Income Tax), ensuring timely filing of various returns with coordination of Income & Sales Tax Consultants.
•Done Monitoring of Income Tax for 3 Years of M.M. Ghee Mill (Pvt) Ltd.
•Started work as Accounts Executive-Payable, record Purchases of Goods & Services, its Payment, Tax Witholding & Submission to FBR & SRB, Bills Outstanding Reports, Creditor Aging, Making of Pay Orders, RTGS and other Payment related tasks.
During this tenure in the Accounts department, I carried out various task in capacity of Accountant.
