• Fully responsible for the establishment of SAP EHS Monitoring System with the coordination of IT and Accenture consultant for all sources of emission for heaters, boilers, tanks, wastewater and EHS incident and its reporting and unsafe condition
• Conducted HSE induction for new employees, contractors and visitors during construction and operation of plant.
• Conducted training for safe work permit system, hot work, confined space, cold work, radiation work, LOTO, gas testing and emergency response.
• Did Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessment and incident investigation for critical work and incident.
• Internal and external audit for workplace safety and compliance to environmental and safety regulation and standards.
• Developed the annual stack emission monitoring program for 27 heaters/furnace and boilers and successfully completed the program each year.
• Developed the semi-annual program for Fugitive Emission Monitoring LDAR program for whole refinery and export terminal, more than 80, 000 VOC and HAP components monitored and get all detected leaks arrested within specified time.
• Managed the CEMS for all stacks (27) of refinery for NOx, SO2 and particulate matters and on line monitoring of emissions successfully without any non-compliance to regulatory limits.
• Prepared Aspect Impact registers for the whole refinery units in preparation for ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
• Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in plant operation and maintenance.
• Perform regular HSE inspections to ensure compliance with HSE standards and guidelines and report any deviations from policies and procedures and followed until its closure.
