• Operate and monitor A3Speed, A3Flex, TBA-19-10 BAR, TBA-19-30 BAR EDGE filling machines,
ensuring accurate production output and minimal downtime.
• Execute CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures and machine changeovers for 200ml and 250ml lines, maintaining
hygiene and compliance with GMP standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance including cutting jaw inspections, knife servicing, spring
and dolly replacements, and oil changes to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Program and adjust machines to achieve target production rates, while monitoring quality, efficiency, and
safety standards.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and team members to troubleshoot operational issues, improve
workflow, and enhance overall line efficiency.
• Maintain detailed production logs, machine performance reports, and maintenance records for operational tracking and compliance audits.
