Key Responsibilities:
 Designing Layout Plans/Master Plans of Housing
Schemes, Industrial Estates and other such land-
uses in accordance with bye-laws and getting
Preliminary Planning Permission (PPP) from
concerned authorities.
 Conducting Environmental Studies such as
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Initial
Environmental Examination (IEE), Environmental
Audit etc. and prepare consolidated reports and
getting approval from environmental protection
agencies.
 Performing field investigations and site visits to
gather relevant data at the proposed project site.
 Assisting in definition of project scope and
objectives, coordinate internal and external
resources ensuring that all tasks are delivered on-
time and within scope.
 Participating in proposal (Bid) development activities
from initial review of the Request for Proposal
(RFP) to submittal of the final proposal.
