Principle Responsibilities of this Position & Supply Chain:


 Work in Supply Chain system.
 Visualize of Parts supply on assembly shop, paint shop & weld shop.
 Visualize of Parts receiving from local vendor.
 Parts handling, Stock Monitoring.
 Parts proper placing(binning/shifting)
 Visualize and monitoring Parts robbing / crippling.
 Monitoring of Parts auditing.
 Visualize Parts counting preparing for internal and external audit.
 Used to of Kanban process handling and monitoring.
 Communicate & give instruction to junior staff.
 Assist in guidance and skill improvement to junior staff.
 Assist in preparing line stop report.
 Performance evaluation of junior staff.
 Kaizen improvement / C.S.S (creative suggestion system).
 Always work in safe environment for avoiding any type accident and also point out any hazardous things which might become a cause of an accident with the help 5S implementation.
 Monitoring FIFO (first in first out) working.
 Making Board for work visualization in different designated work place.
 User of SAP (ERP) system.
 Daily Cycle Count Audit and report to Assistant Manager.
 Monitoring High cost items check in balance.
 Making Stock Monitoring, Visualizing Display Board.
 Visualize and Monitor Stock by Display Board.
 Data entry of stock by daily bases and report to Assistant Manager.
 Data entry of shipment order receiving Invoices.
 Performing work on S.O.P (Standardization of Process).
 Manage Documentation.
 Manage Record filing related to Stock.
