To manage corporate procurement through head of admins based in 9 regional hub offices established in 9 different countries for the development of processes and systems required to deliver procurement. Translate plans into sourcing strategies to ensure supplies by complying with Nestle Global Best Practices of procurement and using appropriate method of procurement.

- Value Addition to Business through COGS amounting PKR 75+ Mio from Y-2010 to Y-2013, significantly played my part in meeting the market level initiative for lowering the Total Delivery Cost (TDC).
- White Belt Certification upon completion of two projects as a team leader with cross-functional teams, value addition both tangible/intangible.

Responsible for Material Requirement Planning and Production Planning of Ambient/Chilled Dairy, Juice, Bottled Water, Nestle Nutrition and Cereal Plants, planning of Plant Capacity utilization, Plant Maintenance Planning with engineering team, Managing direct materials supplies, inventory controls, stocks covers, timely payments to suppliers as per agreement, optimization of logistics and planning for casual labor by sharing plan with warehousing teams.

I was handling team of 30+ people comprising permanent and contractual labor, responsible for inbound and outbound supplies, inter plant transfers, storage, optimization of warehousing facility, inventory of materials, and follow up with quality assurance for release of materials.
