❖ Presently, I am working SOLB Steel company (ksa) in Melt Shop as a foreman (Operations) . I worked at Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF) independently & have sound practical command on the ❖ Ladle Refining Furnaces LRF operations.
➢ Job Responsibilities: 1. To control process & production activities at 150 ton Ladle Refining Furnace, which include?
a) Supervise the melting process at Ladle Refining Furnace, and allaying as per standards provided by Quality Assurance Development Department.
b) Refining process at LRF to adjust the Chemical Composition and troubleshooting
c) Analysis shortfall and abnormalities within process and suggest technical change where necessary.
d) To maintain inventory of different Ferroalloys and consumable involved in production.
e) To report all production activities including breakdowns and downtime to manager production.
f) To supervise the manpower for smooth production within time.
g) Knowledge of HMI in LFR operation and process.
h) And also knowledge of HMI level I and level II
2. To create and maintain close coordination with other organs of the production shop that is, charge preparation Electric Arc furnace, continuous casting, and so on utilized given communication facilities and infrastructure.
3. Record keeping of all production related activities in respect of melt Shop production, reports and analysis as required by authorities.

Hands-on experience in manufacturing production of Low alloy steel, Medium alloy steel, High alloy steel including stain less steel, Ultra low carbon steel, Low silicon and ultra high strength (Maraging steel) tool steel, spring steel, nearly all kind of steel grades that is more then 250 - 300 types of steel grades have been produced so for. Through scrap Yard-EAF-LRF-VD and CCM/IC route. By using steel scrap and some time DRI also.
